Savannah is such a diva that she and her friend Morgan gladly posed for some pictures tonight! Tonight is their final hoo-rah, as Morgan is moving to West Virginia on Sunday. Here are a few..... (CAN"T WAIT to get a new & better camera!!)

Skarloey the train.....

Ok, so I just have to add one more picture tonight. I just uploaded a few from my camera & this is a cute one of Peyton...he is so into his trains now-a-days, he always has at least one in his hand or pocket! This one is named "Scarloey"....I love the sound of that name, hee hee.... he is one of Thomas the Train's buddies!

Oldie but Goodie!

I found a few rolls of film in one of my purses the other day...Lord knows how long they had been there, as it has been years since I had a camera that wasn't digital! So, I took the film to Wal-Mart & had it developed. One roll was from Christmas 2003 and January 2004, the other from April 2004. Here is a picture of Shane & I from way back then & a cute one of 5 year old Savannah & Elmer the house eating dog!

New Jeep

For Peyton that is! I found this tonight at the Goodwill....for $50. I took a gamble in that I don't know if it works, guess we'll find out in the morning after it charges all night!

Edited to say: After charging all night, the jeep did not work! So....I bought a new battery at Wal-Mart today and after letting it charge for an hour or so, tried it out...it works! Yeah! Now it just has to charge for 18 hours!!!

Savannah's Map Project

We have been working on Savannah's first 5th grade school project all week...well, mostly she has, I am just the idea giver! It is due tomorrow & here is the finished product...yes, it is named "Hollister Island" after the clothing line she WISHES filled her closet! Ha ha!

Peyton's Wallies

I bought a few "Wallies" yesterday to brighten up Peyton's room...we will see if they stay, he was already trying to peel at them!!!! But he is very excited and thrilled to see a "Tommy", a "big truck" and "airplanes" on his wall!

Blue bathroom

Meghan has been bugging me for awhile to spruce up their bathroom....I just have not been motivated! However, this week, I got a burst of energy & decided to go for it! I bought a new wall hanging with blue & green tones in it & then found a shower curtain at Target to match it...perfectly! Then, off to Lowes with the shower curtain...and we selected "Summer Cottage" as our paint color (a light blue color). At Ross, I found this great white shelf, it was such a bargain & so easy to hang! I also found a floor rug to match there as well! So, even though I still need to paint the tippy top of the room, it is almost finished. I would like to find a big giant Starfish to put on the shelf too.......

Adventures in Sewing

So, I have been sewing a lot lately...making all kinds of craft things....blankets, pillows, pajama pants for Peyton and even a pair of shorts for Savannah! This is so much fun, who would have ever thought that I would be doing this???
