I had seen a few of these on Pinterest & decided to buy the supplies & actually do it! I must say, it turned out soooo nice!! And I didn't once curse or have to improvise to hide a screw up! It was that easy!!! Styrafoam wreath (14 inches was the size I found at Wal-Mart)..$4. Two packs of cupcake lines (150 in total...I have maybe 10 left over) $3. Ribbon to wrap around the wreath...free, I already had some! And wa-la.....
