Ok, so when it comes to animals,I am a big softie! So, the minute my son mentioned the slightest interest in a guinea pig, I was on it! LOL! Well, I spent a few weeks researching and looking for rescue-able guinea pigs, checking Craigslist, Animal Control's website, petfinder.com.....LOL! I finally decided to take the plunge and get one, but not just one because despite the fact that people often have just one guinea pig, they are social animals and are used to being in herds and ultimately two is best. So, we now have 2! Peyton named them after the Batman villainess, Harley Quinn, the joker's on again/off again side kick & girlfriend! Of course!
